Your primary role will involve developing strong customer relationships and enhancing customer retention through exceptional customer service delivered via email and chat. Your responsibilities will encompass understanding and presenting products and promotions, demonstrating in-depth brand knowledge, and embodying qualities such as passion, accountability, collaboration, and humility in all interactions.
As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.
