Customer Support Associate – Entry Level / work from home (No Phone)

As part of our international team, you’ll help customers maximize the value of our product. Your role involves responding to customer inquiries through in-app chat, email, and other online channels.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Handling incoming chat requests and emails, offering prompt and accurate assistance to inquiries.
  • Providing a high level of customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Clarifying and confirming information requested by the customers or members to ensure their needs are met effectively.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements:

  • Access to a device with internet capabilities (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
  • The ability to work independently and follow instructions carefully.
  • Availability to work at least 10 hours per week with a reliable internet connection.

Hours per Week: 10 – 40 hours, offering flexibility to suit your schedule.

Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
