Website Social Sale Rep
We are currently seeking Level 1 Social Media Support Agents to manage social media profiles on behalf of businesses. This role involves tasks such as posting photos, writing captions, and replying to comments while delivering top-tier customer service. Additionally, Support Agents answer incoming chats, track information in a tracking system, utilize a knowledge base tool, and leverage their expertise to resolve issues promptly.
What you will be doing: As a live chat support agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers on our website and social media platforms, answering their queries and guiding current and prospective customers.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $25 – $35 per hour
Requirements: You should have access to a device (smartphone, tablet, or laptop) that lets you manage social media and live chat. The ability to work autonomously, follow instructions precisely, and be available for more than 10 hours each week is crucial. A steady internet connection is also required.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
